An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. sm333 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player logging in.
sm333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sm333 does not apply currency conversion fees at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your bank or e-wallet but before the balance has been credited to your sm333 account, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. sm333 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed received, credit the balance within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated through a bank or payment provider without first contacting sm333 support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the sm333 platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term prevails.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry window are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion do not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
sm333 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using low-variance betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, wagering on excluded games, colluding with other players to fulfil bonus conditions, and using automated software to place bets. If sm333 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, and to terminate the account.
sm333 reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility on a per-player basis. Players who have previously been found in breach of any bonus terms may be excluded from future promotions at sm333's sole discretion. Promotions are available to residents of eligible jurisdictions only and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

Each game available on the sm333 platform is governed by the individual rules published by the respective Game Provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. sm333 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of a Player's account and remain in full force and effect indefinitely.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm333 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
